Introduction & Eligibility
By accessing and using the malbat platform, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are established in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply equally to all registered members. You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh. malbat reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Account Registration & Security
Each user may create only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. malbat reserves the right to terminate any account opened with false information at any time. It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Submitting required documents for identity verification (KYC) when requested is mandatory.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
All transactions on malbat are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and handled through local mobile banking methods. Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the account holder's own payment method; third-party transactions are not accepted. In cases of suspicious activity, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended for verification. Separate wagering requirements apply to bonus or promotional funds, which are clearly stated in the details of each offer. If fraudulent withdrawal activity is detected, the relevant account will be permanently closed and the available balance may be forfeited.
Prohibited Activities
All forms of fraud, bot usage, software manipulation, or collusion are strictly prohibited on the platform. Coordinating with other users to create abnormal betting patterns will be treated as a punishable offense. Using malbat for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds is a criminal offense and the relevant authorities will be notified. Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred to another person. We reserve the right to terminate an account without notice and forfeit the balance if any of these rules are violated.
Liability & Disclaimer
Malbat is an entertainment platform and the company is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming activities. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to technical errors, server downtime, or issues with third-party payment gateways, and malbat will not be held responsible for these. However, we are always committed to resolving any technical issues promptly. It is assumed that users are participating on the platform consciously and voluntarily. Any disputes or complaints must first be directed to our customer support team for resolution. We aim to provide an initial response within 7 business days of a complaint being submitted. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
